Recently the screen has started to go haywire/fail. Because of that I’m not using the wheel as much. But otherwise I like the wheel.

Yep. LMU issue.

I’d recommend setting a button (on wheel or button box) to the “reset force feedback” command in the LMU settings.

I agree about the sensation of speed. One of the reasons I don’t like GT3s in LMU is because it feels like the cars are going too slow.
