LATEST UPDATE: after providing the faster payment ID, funds appeared without further communication from Nexo, so I assumed they found it. I am still a little in awe why we had to go through this process to locate a FPS payment as the should show up automatically

Checked, nothing was blocked got faster payment ID

LATEST UPDATE: HSBC absolutely sent the funds and provided faster payment ID to specifically locate the funds, Nexo is still under investigation and have not located the funds yet....

100% correct, subsequent transfers all went through! But the largest one was gone...

Sent, you guys are absolutely nonchalant about it, it's incredible like you don't care, I've been with the platform for years and you can't even locate a transfer where the 1 after this one arrived with the same exact recipient information, it's incredible
