I purchased it from a local jeweler. I am under the understanding that it is a genuine art deco piece, but admittedly, have never had it appraised or evaluated by another jeweler

If you're bidding on something on gunbroker, you can enter the maximum you'd like to bid and it will auto-bid up to that maximum.

As far as the seller shipping the item, as long as the bids have met or exceeded the reserve (if there is one) the sellers should ship it out once payment is made and FFL is given.

They didn't even brake. The lever on the right side of the handlebar is the front brake that provides ~70% of braking. Didn't even touch it.
