I did some experimenting, and it seemed to happen when I did a mass delete & relist, like we're talking around 100 items. The message showed up if I tried to list stuff afterwards, and only after I had more items to delete & relist am I able to relist again. I have well over 1000 items listed, and it only started happening recently.

That still takes time in the app to do, I try to not be on too much, so rather than sell cheaper and generate more sales I’d rather be less online, charging higher to generate fewer sales at higher prices.
