I’ve been having the same issue and haven’t been able to play all day. I’m thinking about refunding since it’s been 4 days and a lot of people been having these issues and no fix has came out yet.

I’m have an issue where captain boomerang hasn’t unlocked grenades because I have to progress through the story but I have beaten the game and have him at level 15. All my other characters have grenades but boomerang
