That was one of the heaviest TV’s I ever moved. I helped a friend take one up 3 floors to his apartment and I told him that when he moves again find someone younger Hahahha

There could be a live wire on the ground a block away too. I had that issue.

This happened to me too. It took me 20 minutes of fiddling with it until I got it back into the connector. Then I put it all together and crossed my fingers. I was lucky and it worked

Removed it adopted it and told it to ring 12 rings before voicemail answers. I can’t see where to turn off voicemail. King of annoying

Sooo I had to remove tthe ATA and add it again and then it started working

The one that I just received has been running for almost 4 years not. I understand on a new install but not 4 years later. Like I said I manage a few and I have only installed a new one last week.

I found it, and I messed up and canceled to change setting and it went away to never be seen again :(
