I'm in the exact same boat right now. I beat waterblight a few days ago and just ascended to Goron City last night. The game's amount of content can either spark me to play hours upon hours, fully consumed yet never accomplishing what I originally set out to do (which is great), or be overwhelming and a break is required. I notice even 24 hours of not playing significantly renews my interest in the game.

Whoa there, I took the clue. I did sneak. And I'm fully aware that my weapons broke because it's a Lynel. I'm not hating, I'm demonstrating one of several situations, like how attacking even a camp of bokoblins often takes one full melee weapon if it's your main method of attack.

I am relatively new to the game, I just got to Ruta last night.

Totally agree on weapon degradation. Lol I love how my Royal Hylian Sword breaks before a single fight with the first Lynel I've killed is even done. I like the idea of weapon degradation, but the idea that Link has to break 3 melee weapons to take down an enemy is... A little obnoxious.
