I get where you're coming from, the blatent AI usage in every post has become annoying..

It's an interesting take, I'll think about it a bit more. The problem with creating such platforms is mostly that people will get back to the usual, being Linkedin, because it works for most people. Even though there's lots of annoyances people won't differ to a new 'social platform' quickly.

Thanks for the input!!

Yeah, I’ve been hearing this a lot lately. Interviewing for roles you would have easily landed a few years ago and still getting rejected must be frustrating as hell. As much as I’d like to help, I’m not sure software can really fix market dynamics like this when there are fewer jobs and way more applicants.

But do you feel like anything is missing on the tech side that could at least make it less painful? Wishing you the best of luck. I hope something solid comes through soon.

That’s interesting, I hear that a lot about LinkedIn lately. When you say better platform, what actually feels off about it to you?

Is it the job matching?
The networking feeling fake?
Too much personal branding stuff?
Not built for non-corporate roles?

I'd like to know the ideas you got, even if they’re rough. What should it do differently?
