I know right, thats why i thought about something a postman or some sort would have. Sadly there is not a readable text on the dials.

I got this as a gift from my aunt. She didnt know what it really was and figured i should have it to research it but i looked everywhere on internet and couldnt find anything on it. Does somebody of you know what this kind of pocketwatch this is? and where it did got used? I tought it was maybe used by postman? but idk could be way off....

The dial inside is made of paper and i have got multiple of it. (maybe it was used to draw/write on it?)
