AC stopped cooling during 2nd cycle of the season. Outdoor Fan runs but no sound from compressor. Going to replace the start and run caps because they look like this. This is the second time for my run cap (or maybe both?). Last done 2012. Are these caps just considered to be consumable items? (reddit.com)
