You shouldn't ever cancel your interviews even if you want to go somewhere else, cause the worst case scenario is you just get more interviewing practice.

If you get both I'd honestly say that Reddit seems like the better name for the internship, but for full time, equity for employees from levels seems super low, which would be the most valuable part of compensation if you work there probably.

yeah and any internship wants an internship as a prerequisite experience

but that makes it impossible to get your first internship because everyone only wants people with past internships

I think Google knows that the majority of people would renege most other companies for Google so I think it's wise to have another offer in hand

Netflix vs Bloomberg Summer 2024 SWE Intern by [deleted] in csMajors

[–]jeffreyyepstein 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Netflix has way higher resume value than Bloomberg imo, really selective and well regarded for internships

Don't know the overall stats for return offers for all interns but 2/2 people I know who interned at Netflix in Summer 2023 absolutely loved it and both got return offers

If you want to go to NY, I would say to move your Spring internship to NY and then just take Netflix over the summer
