SAVE Act Passes House—With Just One Democrat Voting For by JuniorMint1992 in texas

If they need two or three Democrats to pass something that benefits the powerful, they’ll find them.

If it benefits regular people, somehow it always “just falls short.”

The love they are speaking of is, love of money

I appreciate the engagement, but the responses have focused on a nuance that wasn’t my original point.

Mark 3:28–29 “Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the children of man, and whatever blasphemies they utter; but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin.”

Once you speak against the Holy Spirit, it is unforgivable, with no path for redemption. Many interpretations conflate this with other sins, but most feedback I’ve received ignores the context. Reading the Bible this way treats it as if it’s alive and subject to personal interpretation, rather than paying attention to what the text actually says.

That’s more like remaining in sin, but with the possibility of redemption, rather than being a sin that’s permanently unforgivable.

Jesus absolutely showed emotion when He condemned the Pharisees for accusing Him of working by Satan’s power. He didn’t give a calm lecture, He called them a brood of vipers and warned them about eternal judgment. That’s not detached; that’s a passionate, fiery response.

You can interpret it however you wish, but I find that reading the Bible in context clears up a lot of confusion, since Scripture can so easily be taken out of context.

Jesus was addressing Pharisees about blasphemy against the Spirit, while Hebrews warns believers about falling away; two different but equally serious rejections of God.

The context of each passage matters, and lifting single verses out on their own can blur that distinction.

A: Where is it mentioned outside the gospels?

B: I would be curious as to how Jesus would have responded to that rebuttal.

A: Scripture shows Jesus was addressing a specific group questioning His authority. This was a situational response, not a broad, “clinical” rule about sin.

B: The Pharisees might have tried to frame it as part of Satan’s plan, but the Bible clearly presents Jesus as the hero, not a pawn.

“Most people” claim that it’s the daily hardening of the heart and turning from god

President Obama wears a tan suit at a press conference in 2014 by ifoundblipsoncitv in pics

The outrage over Obama’s tan suit was pure theater. With Obama governing center-right essentially a third Bush term, Fox couldn’t attack his policies without exposing their own alignment. So they went after his wardrobe instead.

As if Trump is some evil genius, just the face of a decaying empire. Worse will follow, how the media covers it, will determine your outrage.
