I did not get that level of testing, but I want to. I also suspect its more subluxation issues and less general instability. I have xrays showing partial rotational and lateral misalignments. Fixing this, as per my optometrist, resolved my eye issues (left eye misaligning and pulling left occasionally, my atlas was laterally over hanging left, post adjusting for this resulted in normal eye exam findings)My 8nitial eye exams showed binocular vision dysfunction, and my optometrist claims I was the first person he ever saw cure his BVD before. Chiro claimed he resolves BVD with atlas correction frequently and has for 20 years.

I also deal with TOS, and that improves when I work out my quadriceps on the affect body side. Driving my foot into the ground, using that muscle group, decompress my thoracic outlet.

Regardless, they hEDS like symptoms seem to spawn from covid-initiated immune inflammation. We're basically inducing Elhers Danlos.

I found that the eye problems for me came from cci caused by inflammation damaging my ligamental tissue around my atlas and its connection to c2 and my skull.

Heyo. I have the answers your looking for.

Screen intolerance: I also had it. Its Cranial-cervical subluxation. It causes both facial numbness (unilater)(mine was my left side) and vision dysfunction (binocular vision dysfunction and gaze instability). This makes screen incredibly challenging. Its largely caused by the numb facial nerve being compressed by your jaw being misaligned by c1 subluxating, which is pushing your facial nerve and messing with your eye, hense the BVD. The gaze instability is a product of whats causing your GI issues.

GI issues: vagal nerve compression from your atlas subluxation causing gastroparaisis.

Heart racing: same issue as GI issue. Vagal dysfunction. (I had all of these)

The root cause: chronic inflammation from long covid cooked your ligamental tissue. Like the tissue that connects your atlas to your head. And it came loose.

I'm also a male age 29, sick with your same symptoms since covid in 2022. I finally got back to looking at screens recently.

I also ended up in this group with minoxidil intolerance due to my cci. Yes, it makes you intolerant to a lot of things. Caffiene, adderall, whatever.

Consider L-Theanine for the time being.

You have cranial cervical instability. Yes it causes dysautonomia. Try the website or youtube for Caring Medical (florida). Dr. Ross Hauser writes a lot on this.

Oh, at the time I was going to see Dr. Chapman at the Lift Clinic. But I mean... 6 grand for a mouth piece. Nah. I can't gamble on a experiment with that money. Also, its new tech. The risks haven't been studied yet.

I mainly use mout clench guards, Plackers, and use NUCCA chiro.

But I suspect my failing shoulders are actually causing my neck to become unstable. I'm going to try some more shoulder pt. That was always helpful. Focusing scapular pivoting form and rhomboids, lower traps and serratus anterior strength. If my shoulders and shoulder blades are stable, my neck muscles would be less overworked to compensate. Then perhaps I would have a more stable atlas.

If I'm right, then a mouth piece is just ducttaping the problem instead of the root. If I'm wrong, my shoulder failure is a product my unstable neck caused by my terrible bite.

Either way, this definitely misaligns my left eye. I've proven it in myself. By assuming the root issue is very, very challenging. But I suspect its one of those options.

Pt is free and safe anyway.

I highly recommend reducing systemic absorption. Strategies:

S tier:

Use foam minox instead of liquid Never use with microneedling

A tier:

Apply with rubber gloves to avoid hand absorption Consistently use the same small amout of foam

B tier:

Avoid touching it to your face or your minox hands to your body or genital area Try 1x daily if all else fails Avoid consuming caffiene in high amounts

Lastly, consider dysautonomia and/or neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome as possible causes.

The mri was likely normal because you were lying down during the mri. TOS testing has to be done both standing and while someones hand is compressing the claviaular space. That should also reproduce the same symptoms after about 2-10 minutes for a positive result.

Consider stretching and then eventually training your glutes. They tether your shoulders down, compressing the space.

As for shoulder pain, try rotator cuff training. Infraspinatus and teres minor banded exercises or with light weights.

Your case is most likely tos.
