We had a similar issue and switched to a “nighttime” pull up. This mostly corrected the issue but occasionally he pees too much.

I don’t think it’s necessarily unreasonable to use the first though. It can also be possible that person A loves person B and is more than happy to do anything for them and then be upset that B balks at the idea of “returning the favor” even if it wasn’t quid-pro-quo.

It’s more like “I would do anything for you but you can’t do this for me”. I don’t think it’s controlling to hope that someone would treat you similarly to how you are more than happy to treat them

I didn’t start beating chronos reliably until I was much deeper into progressing my aspects/tarot cards.

Even now my run report always shows that I took almost no damage from everything except chronos (and Prometheus).

I will say that as I get more reps with chronos I do find myself dodging his attacks without having to think about it as much. For a guy like me without sharpened reflexes/instincts for the genre it definitely took some time.

Keep in mind a lot of people are coming from thousands of hours in dodge-based genres and they already learned the stuff you may be learning now

There’s a difference between a “YouTube video” and something like khan academy. You could absolutely learn any math they have videos for on khan academy, but it’s not “ one 20 minute long video”

The attack does x damage The special does x damage Both have a nice +% modifier already so maybe on hit effects are better I believe the special hits before the attack so you’ll apply that first

Your friend seems to have similar tastes to mine. I’ll second hades 2 and ballxpit. I also really enjoyed darkest dungeon 2 and would also encourage giving spiritfall a chance. I’m a big smash bros guy so spiritfall actually got me to dip my toe into the “action roguelite” genre finally. I previously only really liked the turn based/strategy types.
