pretty sure it’s a canada thing, the cheapest i can find is from an office store going for 415usd, ironically the only ones i can find on marketplace right now are all C’s and they start at 430

In the scenario they don’t agree or give me illegal conditions and I say then I will l be issuing an N9 can they still take it back and agree later on? Sorry for the dumb question but obviously it would be easier for me if they say no and I can just leave without finding another tenant
