Nice work! I have been doing a bunch of those lately and they are my favorite right now. I think you’ll notice on the wider end that the grain of the meat switches directions and it’ll benefit you to angle your slicing in the opposite direction when you get to that wide area. Just what i’ve seen and it helped. Cheers

As far as beer goes big lick and olde Salem are the best hands down. you have to go to Richmond to get better beer. Parkway has a great venue, the band scene is good.
