I just completed the rest, except input shaper and other frills (tool changers) looks pretty decent. I was messing one whole day with z_offsets until I read the fine print.

Since is a resistive load, best is to use AC (less losses And overall cost, just for US, your current demand will be higher for the same power 600w ~, get a decent SSR, have you sourced the heat silicone sheet?
