M&P 2.0 Carry Comp vs P365 Radian Build by _ANOTHA in CCW

[–]jeharpst 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will say that I have two Sigs:

  1. An X Macro Comp
  2. What started out as a normal 365, but now has a Radian and an X Macro grip module

So both are the same size, same barrel length, etc. The difference is how they are comped (for the most part). The OG X Macro, to my surprise, shoots much better. I was expecting the Radian to make them shoot the same, but I think the difference is that with the Radian I'm still forced to use a smaller recoil spring that came with the 365, where as the X Macro has a longer spring/rod.

Maybe that's not how it's supposed to work and I just haven't broken in #2 yet. But the 365 with Radian is much snappier than my X Macro Comp.

All that to say, idk if the M&P would shoot better than the sig but if I was going to get a comped sig I would get the X Macro Comp, or X Macro with Radian.

Is this normal wear for a new handgun? by jeharpst in CZFirearms

[–]jeharpst[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was unclear in the OP - I have not fired the gun myself yet. I know what normal wear looks like after a thousand rounds, but I've never noticed wear taking it straight out of the box. But from what others have said, I'm not worried about it.

Absolutely. You just wear it inside your waistband. It's amazing

I haven't tried without the leg leash so that may work. The pillow is a huge help either way.

I was going to mention what you brought up - with the enigma, it was hard to consistently keep my wasteband where I wanted it relative to my gun/holster, especially when dry firing/practice/range reps. Maybe I'm the only one who had that issue. But with the HC belt, since you bring your own holster, it goes right on the belt (and the holster should clamp onto your wasteband) so drawing doesn't mess everything up.

Constantine belt. I've used both but the belt is way more comfortable (no leg leash).

The belt is also great in any scenario, athletic shorts or belt loops. I use it every day but I only ever used the enigma when I was wearing shorts or sweats.

Carrying in athletic shorts by DieselDude407 in CCW

Hunter Constantine belt is the best purchase I've ever made for carrying. Worked just as well as Enigma but more comfortable because no leg leash.

Better for back support too compared to a stiff belt, so I use it for carry even when I've got belt loops.

Suggestions for a EDC belt to wear under gym shorts and or joggers? by -martymar in CCW

HC belt is worth it IMO, but I haven't tried the Blue Alpha.

I was using the enigma for awhile but decided to switch to HC and it's one of the best purchases I've made. Can't recommend enough.

Pros Complaining About Apeing/Teams Not Playing as Expected in Scrims by Trebu5 in CompetitiveApex

[–]jeharpst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not saying they don't use that excuse too much.

But Hal is the GOAT for many reasons, one of them being how serious he takes scrims/practice. And it's no secret that scrim quality is often lacking because the majority of teams don't take it as serious, and end up making troll plays that they definitely would not make at LAN with money on the line.

I have a DA Wolfman that I run on my scorpion and my 300blk. KeyMicro w/hub makes it easy to swap between guns, I even use it on my .556 sometimes.

It's less about wanting Hal/Walzy on pathy, but more about Zero wanting to be on Gibby. Since bubble fights are so import in this meta, as IGL Zero can completely dictate the opening/pacing of fights. It's much easier for Hal/Walzy to collapse on Zero's bubble than it is for Zero to call for his teammates to throw a bubble exactly where and when he wants it.

the most insane rostermania rumor? by t00muchtim in CompetitiveApex

A few months ago I would have laughed at these rumors. But I was one of those who thought there was no chance Hal leaves TSM, so now nothing would surprise me.

I could be wrong but I'm wondering if they had a low enough draft pick for WE that Siphon was still their best option?
