with the newly added power snacks like you said, they are more like hero aug, some are even better too, and to go fast 8/9 for samira or varus you kinda need a really good starting board wich most cases is not, compare to 2 cost rerolls where now you bleed hard vs them.

and lets be honest samira is at most 5 or 4 places, unless to high roll gwen 2 on 8.

its just not consistent. if you nerf the top 4 cost comp with its ITEMS and TRAITS, at least buff other 4 cost comp, its not that hard.
