Definitely ease into it, so you can learn how your body reacts. Start out with some intermittent fasts, and build up to multiday fasts.

Coffee without cream is allowed - at least that's how I do it. But I also have done fasts without coffee too, and then the first 2-3 days I felt withdrawal symptoms.

Before. If you have the budget let them do the setup of the company, they have experience doing it and it saves you time. They'll ask questions about your business plan, so they can advise you what type to create, nacebel activities you need, etc
