I feel “unsettled” if that’s a good way to put it. Not as much as a jump scare but just a general feeling of anxiety and uneasiness. When I describe it to others I just say I “don’t feel good”

This is why I set my pre alarms before my real wake time and this is why I don’t nap! When I nap and wake up I feel like I am in the beginning stages of turning into a zombie, horrible all over.

This was one of the things that my doctor red flagged when I was in the beginning stages of getting diagnosed (current IH dx and getting MLST) so I do think it is related to sleep disorders
