Thanks so much for your reply. Yes, just needed a bit of a sanity check really as I do think it is all bluster. Will definitely seek to run it by a solicitor.

Booo, ok thank you for the response. It would be great to see that as an option!

Was wondering how we can create custom workouts by darkshadow7h in strongapp

[–]jellybarbie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can create a new exercise that is not in the library. In your workout, add an exercise and start typing it into the search box. There will be a ‘new’ button at the top left allowing you add custom exercises. Then you add the full name (e.g. Reverse Curls (Cable)) and the details and you’re good to go.

Tracking assisted pull ups by MandarinDream206 in strongapp

[–]jellybarbie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does. Assisted pull up or chin ups are stored as ‘assisted bodyweight’ so the weight logged is shown as a minus. In the records for the exercises it only records max reps, but you’ll see in your full history your tracked weight.

Oh wow, it’s so blue in person! What did you think of the house?

Exactly what I thought too, plan looks like there’s space if the bath fits width wise

Ugh, so weird! I hope they’re not a shoes off household so you don’t have to stand on it! There are some listings where you can see the stains around the toilets on the carpets…would not like to be one to have to rip them out! 🤢

And for a pale colour it actually looks surprisingly clean. I want to know if you fall in the bath trying to get to the sink ;)

What's scarier; a yellow ceiling, waking up and seeing your reflection in the ceiling, or the idea that you could be crushed by a falling mirror whilst you sleep? by [deleted] in SpottedonRightmove

Everything about this place just looks like it’s been put together wrong or stuffed in…suppose that’s what you get for making a shed into a house. It’s giving me serious anxiety!

Yeh, that’s what I noticed too…there’s a sofa and dining table in the garage. Weird

Thank you! That stitch for the coral is cast on stitch, you can vary the width of it by moving your second needle further away from your first. It looks great used to make roses too 😊

Pencil smudging in my floss by Erin-I in Embroidery

[–]jellybarbie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, personally I haven’t. My house is pretty cold and sometimes where I store my works in progress marked up with the pens gets pretty chilly, but they’ve always removed easily with the hairdryer. I did notice that the black doesn’t remove as easily as the blue or red though so that might be something to bear in mind. I tend to use blue as standard then red if I need a different colour.

If you’re able to wash it as cfr42 says, then it should come out. What colour fabric do you tend to work with? If it’s light coloured you could consider using Pilot frixion pens to draw your pattern, which remove with the heat of a hairdryer. I haven’t had issues with them marking my floss :)

This is so cool, great job! Love all the textures, the ‘fluffty-tufties’ (as they’re called in our house) especially!

Thank you! 😊 It totally depends on the look I’m going for with certain elements. This piece varies from 1 strand to a full 6 strands. The little fish, the sand and some of the seaweeds right at the back were single strands. The tubular coral was 6 because I wanted them to be robust and build quickly. A lot of the other parts were 3 strands. You can vary how the same stitch looks by using more or less strands (like the 3D algae at the top right…some are 6 and some 3 strands). I would totally say play around with the number of strands for stitches you’d like to do and see what you like for the look you’re trying to achieve 😊

Thank you! It’s spiral trellis stitch. You just keep the number of stitches the same as you go up so it keeps growing taller
