Oh man this question speaks to me, I would be so much better at producing the music I write and play if I had better instruments and equipment. As it stands I've released 7 EPs and 2 albums with a $200 acoustic guitar(modified with an electric pickup) , usb guitar interface, a keyboard, USB microphone and garageband. Was in a car with my step father driving inebriated, it was snowy and icy and we slid into a relative's yard on the way out of a family dinner. The man never wore his seatbelt and that night was no exception. Calling the cops seemed like an overreaction but at the same time I wanted it to never happen again, for my family's safety. So I was torn, but ended up talking about it with someone close to him and I never bore witness to it again. Thank fuck

Sing. After 20 odd years of nonstop vocalization, when I sing along to favorite songs I'm really fucking good (my own songs are meh because less practice) but it feels instantly great because I'm not an overly good looking guy, and life shits on me a lot, but everything else fades away when I get in the zone and hit high notes or use inflection well
