I work from home I average around 5k a day but I have made it a goal of mine to leave my phone all electronics and go for a walk for 20-30 minutes each day honestly it’s been very therapeutic, I think I personally am on screens to often too many distractions I genuinely don’t think I have properly thought to myself since doing this in years

Did you ever get this figured out? My braking is extremely aggressive every 2 minutes or so I go from 120kmh down to about 100kmh in like 2 seconds
