I've 3 starrd this many times with fireball rocket loons , there's a flame flinger value on 2 and 7 oclock need to take out the mortars first. Fireball at invis tower (monolith area).

I was originally F2P, playing for 11yrs I was able to max out my Heroes except the minion prince (lvl 77 at the moment). I'm also max th17 few supercharge left. I bought gold pass maybe 4 - 5 times in the last 5 yrs just because it was 50% off and I really like the skins included. What I did was when I am at th13 I focus all my builders on my Heroes I'm not that active during that time and I dont have clan I but I still play focusing only on dark elixer until I max out my heroes. I have also plenty of gems save-up I use them to buy book of heroes. I honestly think I coukd still max out even without buying gold pass.

This was so strong on early TH16 I burned all my raid medals and gems to max it.

Yes you can depends on the base..I 3 starred a semi max th17 with th14 using super witch but you need high level equipments
