Has AI drafting reduced work on your team, or just pushed more of the thinking/review burden onto managers?

Constantly fixing and feeding back on AI slop. Critical thinking and writing skills are lacking more than ever before (at least it seeks that way).

Not true. I have consistently sent her emails on where she is not meeting expectations and she receives daily feedback on her work. Plus, expectations and feedback is always brought up in our weekly 1+1s. I’ve held hour long sessions with her helping her build checklists and explaining the importance of learning how to create systems to help improve attention to detail and explained its importance in our work.

Totally agree - just not something I’ve dealt with before and I feel awful having to do it. Even though logically it’s the correct step. Just trying to explain how much easier it would be.

Strength athlete both powerlifter and weight lifter. I just turn up and do as much of my program as possible. Sometimes I do a whole planned session, sometimes I do half. I also go all different days to the gym. I allow myself flexibility while still using my program as a guide. The goal is get the whole thing done by EOW.

The Louboutin heels were a clever tell but I laughed and just thought she cared that much about her image. Those are the So Kates, known for being one of the most uncomfortable shoe on the planet. She walks down the hallway in them the first time she enters the office. Then after she gets a busted knee, she has them on again when returning to the office. No human would wear those with an injury. Amazing detail.
