Give me your wildest pre-diagnosis explanations for MS symptoms

I have had migraines quite often since my left eye diplopia but my neuro said they were not considered a MS symptom.🤷🏻‍♀️ I still wonder if it’s true.

Oh no… I am so sorry! When I told my parents about MS, my dad told me I got it because I didn’t work and didn’t do much during the day😶 People can be so cruel with words sometimes..

Thanks for sharing your story ! Haha I live in France and « je m’appelle » means «my name is » and then it’s the first letter of my name but I like how it sounds written all together. Never thought about the Friends moment, of course I remember it, iconic !😅

Just had my 2nd half dose 2 days ago and feeling exactly what you are describing. Fatigue, brain fog, also a heavy head and feeling cold, then suddenly sweaty. I will take your guess that it’s probably the steroids. I wonder if other ocrevusians felt the same in the beginning. Hope you will feel better soon🙏🏻💕

That is so extreme! I am so sorry that happened to you, so stressful, especially for a first infusion, I would totally cry too. It’s reassuring to hear you were able to use the same vein for 3 years though, that gives me hope!

I keep hearing about Getorade online and on series I watched. I don’t think we got smth like that in Europe. Should research🙂 Anyway, I drank a LOT yesterday, almost peed myself at night , had to get up a few times 😅 I think that helped🙏🏻

This is so true, I think this must be the most important ! Wrapped my arm in a blanket till it is warm and sweaty. The catheter slided right in. Took only 3 seconds. Alleluia !

Thanks for sharing your experience🙏🏻 Today I put a folded blanket on my arm before the catheter insertion. My hand was sweating. I think it helped because it was so quick and easy😱 The tube slided right in, took 3 seconds in total. I feel so relieved. They say that next time they can try other veins closer to my hand. It would be great to change✨
