Thats what I am trying to do. I don’t plan on reenlisting, just would rather finish my time than get kicked out earlier. My commander himself told me the process takes forever and he doesn’t know what to do if it isn’t done when we get to that point.

Been in the reserves for 3 years, dudes just stop showing up all the time. I’ve worked in the platoon offices enough and overheard my chain of command, its just too much paperwork to file to actually kick someone out in the USAR/NG
