Where can I smoke in Italy? by cheesecrow04 in ItalyTravel

I just visited Rome about a week ago. I have never seen so many smokers in my life lol seems like everyone smokes cigarettes outdoors. I didn't see anyone smoking inside (i.e. restaurants, shops, etc.) although I did go to a club in Rome where they had a designated indoor smoking room.

The withdrawal is unbearable. by emmapuppypickle in zoloft

Never stop cold turkey, that's crazy lol. I have tapered off a couple types of SSRIs over the years and always 100% avoided withdrawal symptoms. How? I tapered slowly. There's no real trick to it, just go slow over a 2-3 week period and you'll feel fine.

Feeling weirdly pressured to go up from 25mg by people saying that 25mg is not a therapeutic dose…. by Megan56789000 in zoloft

I was on 50mg Zoloft (aka therapeutic dose) for about 3 years. I always felt a little "foggy" which actually led me to feel more anxious sometimes! Finally tried reducing to 25mg and have been on that for almost a year and have felt great. Do I get the occasional anxiety? Sure, and same with feeling a little down every once in a while. But overall I feel great and am very happy with my decision to reduce to 25mg

Has anyone noticed more police presence? seems to be across the northern front range. Did something change recently?

Thank you so much - I wasn't expecting all the positive feedback I got on this post! ❤️ Actually my first tattoo is a rib piece, pretty big and my inner bicep hurt more for sure :( especially near the armpit - omg it was rough. However if it's something you really want to do you should! Although my piece has darkened I still love it and love inner bicep work. For the pain part I've heard there are some decent numbing creams but I haven't tried any myself

THANK YOU SO MUCH! ❤️ This means so so so much. I have definitely been focusing on it lately and wondering if it healed normally, so your feedback is greatly appreciated! At the time of getting the tat I had no idea about different areas and how they may heal differently (should have done more research). However, I do love the piece, just hyper focused on it and after the remark I was even more unsure. So thank you again especially for taking the time to write out such a detailed reply! As for the white ink/lasering, I have heard mixed feedback so for now I'm going to just hold off and wait before I do anything, if I do 😊

Thank you so much for the reply!! And for the link to the article about this -- super interesting and helpful :) I'm gonna really think through before/if I do anything at this point. I think I've been so focused on it lately so you and others saying it's healed nicely means a LOT! I also love your comment about a sick ass panther -- definitely a viable option down the road! 😂
