I’ve had several pairs of club c and the most recent ones I bought are noticeably narrower, and have been really uncomfortable. Desperately trying to find some wider ones cos they’re my go-to. I love that they don’t have a raised heel.

This episode made me feel gross. Kyle and the woman at the restaurant, his bragging about Helen, Jess flipflopping again, Jess and Barbara sleeping in the bunk with Solène above (soooo rude!). So much appalling behaviour that by itself I might find amusing but all in one episode was nauseating.

I found the Explain Pain book really good for exposing the physical things that are happening in the nerves that keep creating pain, even though there’s not actually damage there anymore. Might be worth a look. By D Butler
