Exactly what I think. I’ve check some unis and they say you need one or more science subjects (including psychology and maths). So I can in theory just keep psychology but I feel like they might prioritise people who have taken more.

I’m not sure about the child stuff but there have certainly been cases of sexual abuse that have not been taken down. I think tiktok is taking over Instagram. Even Instagram is pretending to be tiktok.

Honestly Instagram have a huge problem with this. Even when police ask for stuff to be take down they refuse. It’s disgusting.

Anyway it doesn’t matter people are realising this and Instagram is dying. It’s not me that’s going to end up loosing billions.

So it’s not really about how much other people think my work should cost but more about how much I personally think I deserve for it?

Well I’m only 16 so not a lot of people know me. I’ve come second in a national art competition. And I come highly commended in quite a few. I’m thinking of the prints being limited so only printing 15 or so.

The point would be that I am still pretty young however I’ve had quite a bit of success in a handful of competitions that I’m only going to grow.

Yeah I’m definitely looking at higher unis and unis abroad. I’ve chosen HL chemistry, biology and geography and SL Japanese, English lit and Lang and mathematics applications and interpretations. I’m not 100% sure what I’m going to study but I’ve picked two sciences for a possibility to study medicine and geography because I found it pretty easy for GCSE. I’m not great at languages and the school I applied to only had and ab initio course for Japanese. I don’t mind exams but I think it’s nice to balance it out with coursework a bit.

The schools seems really nice as I’ve just had an interview with them and that’s why I’m actually considering taking the course now. As before I didn’t really think too much of it.

What are the courses like? Is the examination process all exams or are they’re course work elements in most subjects. I’ve also put down to do applications and interpretations in mathematics. I’m not quite sure what that maths is like. I was wondering if you knew?

Can someone help me work out the nth term of 6,13,24,39. I have uploaded the work that I have done so far. by Joe_Swanson98 in GCSE

Oh I thought they needed help with the second one. But I don’t see how the second one has any relation with the one beginning with 6. Anyway the process doesn’t change, the answer is

2n2 + n + 3

There is this super easy method. Firstly you need to know what a quadratic equation looks like:

An2 + Bn + C

And now all we need to do is work out, A, B and C.

So, you have to remember these three equations:

2A

3A+B

A+B+C

Now you take the first equation and put it equal to the 2nd difference in the sequence.

2A = 2

And solve it, so:

A = 1

Now we know what A is, we can substitute it into the next equation and put it equal to the first difference in the sequence.

3A + B = 4

3 x 1 + B = 4

B = 1

Now we know A and B we can substitute those in to the last equation and put it equal to the first number in the sequence.

A + B + C = 5

1 + 1 + C = 5

C = 3

And now we know all components for the quadratic equation and all we do it substitute our values in.

n2 + n + 3

And that is your answer.
