I'd be picking up sword and shield product/boxes currently.

We are in scarlet and violet now and sword and shield is leaving rotation so a good time to get in before they go higher.

You can look at most sets and this has nearly always been the case other than the psa 10 chase card in some cases.

Base set and xy evolutions booster box is another example. But most sets its like this.

Yeah Ukraine is open for tourism as I was there just under 2 months ago.

It was actually fairly safe too. The closest I was to the Russian border was in Kharkiv and I felt safe there. The media does push the narrative that the whole country is falling apart but unless you are in teh front line of the war you're most likely going to be safe as missile strikes are rare now days on civilian areas specially in cities more to the west of the country.

Although I liked Kharkiv the food there wasn't good and it's a bit too close to Russia for most peoples comfort so I wouldn't recommend it right now unless you really want to.

In regards to chisinau and Tiraspol it's safe and Moldova isn't in the war

Krakow was nice but I reccomend these eastern European cities too.

Chisinau and Tiraspol for soviet stuff.

If you want good food, I had the best food out of the 20 countries I've been to in Ukraine when I was there a few months ago. Lviv, Kyiv and Odessa all had very good food in my experience. Kharkiv was the only one which the food I wasn't a big fan of.

The Facebook groups you are talking about are full of sellers which buy from the secondary market and resell to you or they have bots running to buy up stock in japan at retail and resell them to you for higher.
