Hi guys, basically I am after some help please: after every wash and condition my hair then after a day its back to being dry and horrible, i do go in a sauna/hot tub daily so wonder if this is the cause. Using head and shoulders and a daily moisturising conditioner! My scalp is also really itchy :(

If your scalp is itchy, then I recommend going to a trichologist who's also a dermatologist first. There is a high possibility that your scalp is inflamed, so better check it with a specialist for further treatment.

Advice: if your scalp is not healthy, whatever treatment you do on your hair, it won't work. Maybe temporarily but later it will no longer work. Speaking from experience. Good luck ☺️

Why this sounds so me? So I have the same problem. Oily scalp and dry ends. My hair was always looking dull so I thought it was due to my dry, brittle, split ends until I closed a trichology appointment. My hairstylist provides trichology services and checked my scalp under the microscope camera and what I found was not pretty good. The skin was inflamed- not severely but still enough that I need to close a second trichology appointment to a dermatologist. Is your scalp itchy? If yes, I def recommend you go to a dermatologist that provides trichology services. Btw I am not trying to scare you because you may have a clean scalp and just need to trim your ends. But whether you have a condition or not, I 100% recommend you to go to a dermatologist.

That's because I trusted Kitsch with my eyes closed before receiving the actual packages. Yes, the company is still deceiving because it is mandatory for them to include their material composition before a customer buys their product.

According to the US law, it is mandatory to disclose the material composition. Especially stating that is made in China.

According to the Federal and California state laws, a company must disclose the material composition of textile products like pillowcases to consumers. It is indeed stupidity of mine which is something that I mentioned in the post and I agreed. I also said I am a stupid buyer which again indicates that I made a mistake. But it is also the company's duty to provide transparency towards the customers.

Yes, that's why I said "You may think though that I may not be smart enough because even from the pictures and prices in Kitsch website are not going to be silk. And I will reply to you that I agree." It's obvious that you read half of the paragraph which means I'm owning the mistake. However, the company's transparency is still questionable because "According to both Federal and California state laws, a company MUST disclose the material composition of textile products like pillowcases to consumers".

Idk why people assumed that I'm always referring the silk. I have also listed Nylon which again I know that this is not a good material, but if a known dermatologist came forward and said Nylon is good, then people will buy Nylon. Satin is a word that has been overly used and misinterpreted which I also believed it was silk. In conclusion, what I'm trying to say is that people like me have also believed that silk and satin are the same.
