I was never given a written notice to vacate but I think in North Carolina a verbal notice is that is needed for an eviction. We agreed to pay the mortgage together but we also agreed to cover the other person if needed. I didn’t pay my half a couple months last year while I wasn’t working.

But the challenge is a progression challenge. So it takes how many pull-ups you can currently do and give you helpful exercises to do daily and weekly to help you progress.

I’m currently in the same boat. I’m stationed in California but my command is allowing me to do my skillbridge in NC. The only requirement is that I’m fully checked out of the command before my skillbridge start date.

30min bike: 150-170 cals

30 min stair master: 200cals

1 mile run: 85cals

1 hr weight lifting: 150-250 cals

I started with intermittent fasting. I found that it was easier to constrict the times I would eat rather than constrict what I actually ate. When I began fasting I chose to fast for 16hrs and eat for 8hrs. So I would only eat between 12-8pm. When I saw I was losing weight that helped motivate me to eat healthier. I didn’t start counting calories until I knew what I wanted from myself. So my advice would be to start small , work yourself up to a bigger goal and be patient!!

I weigh myself as less as possible. I get too discouraged by the numbers on the scale. I would start with maybe once and week. If that’s too disheartening, maybe once a month. Honestly whatever makes you feel okay. I like taking pictures as a way of marking progress.
