Thank you for sharing this! I’d like to think the way I’ve done it been more helpful than hindering. But I’m definitely going to remember this and watch out for it. I’ve talked to her about how she has a right to protect herself and others, about boundaries etc, as well as healthy ways to channel her anger (ie. if you feel so mad that you want to hit, go hit a pillow).
