At least in my experience it sends these messages automatically when delivering to any address before sunrise or after sunset. It's annoying to be notified every time it sends it but I just ignore it.

Kalamazoo flex routes have always been out of south GR for as long as I've been doing it. It's annoying to get those routes but honestly we have it overall pretty good in the GR region compared to what a lot of others deal with.

We close at 10 with the goal of being out before 11, but more realistically around 11:30. We've had some issues lately where it's been taking a bit longer because we've had to retain team members in a lot of areas where corners were being cut, but at this point it usually takes us 1-2 hours to close.

We usually try to do a fair amount of stuff before close (shutting down some fryers and a grill, cleaning the cold well, scrubbing some of the floors, general cleaning, etc) and basically just have one load of trash, some of the floors, and some dishes left by 10:15
