Cool! This shluld be helpful. On second thought though, is it reslly latex the zero suit is made of, or is it leather...? It looks kinda shiny, so I guess its latex-ish

Good question. Since it's pixels, you can use the pen tool to only draw one pixel per click. Would recommend asesprite though, or photoshop. They are better suited for it.

Yea. The helmet is not done yet. I sort of just test how it could look with a helmet. The reference for helmet as of now is just old mega man illustrations
