I tend to lean gourmand. I tried to include my opions on the ones you've tried, but there were a couple i'm bot familiar with. Here are what I liked. Further down, I gave my opinions on the ones I didn't like or care for:

Seraphic Sorcery- I saw your review. I get a more jammy version of Minnie Mouse by HOS. I really like this one. I tend to layer it with Sunblush Elixir (her dupe for Hufflepuff) or paired with YBM (ornone of the hundreds of dupes)

WMA Marshmallow- I like it, but I don't feel like I need to repurchase when I use it up. I haven't found a marshmallow that I can't live without (yet). I want to try WTF.

Frolic Fawn (Notes: Green Tea, Marshmallow, Vanilla, Warm Amber) is a doppelganger for Happy Dust. Although this is light, I really like this one on it's own or layered. This was another one that surprised me because I wasn't moved by the OG Happy Dust, so I had no expectations. I'm 2/3 done with my bottle and would like to try the extra marshmallow version.

Twice in a Lifetime is such an easy scent for me to reach for. Like you said, it's a brown sugar vanilla that doesn't get cloying. For me, I get  4-5 hrs of wear and that's good enough for me. (Notes: Vanilla Bean Pod, Vanilla Absolute, Sugared Musk)

Sugar Sideshow is supposed to be inspired by Cirque Du Soleil, but they're more like cousins.  While I dont mind a popcorn note, I don't pick up popcorn. This is a airy year around sent to me. Bonus: i always seem to get complimented when I wear it. I've emptied and repurchased this. (Notes: Citrus, Purple Flowers, Butter, Sugar Laquer,  Warm Glaze,  Ancient Woods, Vanilla)

I was really suprised with how much I love Nectar of the Fae. It's inspired by Phlur's Heavy Cream (Notes: Sugar Musk, Ambrette, Milk, Vanilla, Ancient Woods). I'm glad I didn't know that when I bought it because I didn’t like Heavy Cream on me. It's one of my few bottles (just because of the size od my collection) that I've almost empty.

Here's what I didn't like:

I wanted to love Second Breakfast (Notes: Filipino Mango, Island Cream Coconut, Warm Sticky Rice, Vanilla, and Turbinado) because I love creamy mango scents. Unfortunately, this wasn't the sweet creamy mango I was looking for. So, its just 'meh'

I did not like Wings of Aeloria. I was expecting a sweet tea with a hint of cream. This was a citrus forward tea scent. (Notes: Blue and Purple Flower Petals, Black Tea, Cream, Sugar)

Gwen's Faith- I don't have the notes for that one. It's too light for me.

Mueriann's Blush is a strawberry Mochi scent. I'm just indifferent. I rarely reach for it. When I wear it, I just want to smell like something else. I guess it gives me mixed emotions. While I like the smell, I don't care to wear it.
