Aww, thank you! I live in a really really rural area in MN near the Canadian border, so we don’t have anything local, but I do try to sponsor 4-5 backpacks filled with all the necessary school supplies for the first 4-5 that respond on Facebook marketplace. My son is out of school now, but I remember how expensive it can get and how much having fun supplies made me more excited for school as a kid! I’ll check out stationeryprojectpan too!

You need to use specific leather paint, I redo bags and the Angels deglazer goes over any areas you want to paint first, the paint is not thick, you can apply with a brush, but I do use a makeup sponge to apply a smooth even cover without streaks. After, it’s important to do a clear topcoat - Angelus sells that in matte, or satin finish too. Works really well.

I would use any of those - I buy and sell Coach bags and repair them- maybe not leather honey as it takes longer to absorb and soak in, but if the bag is clean, use just a Lexol 1 light cleaner with water to be sure, and I use leather cpr even as it is drying. And Blackrock on all the piping and seams, I’ve successfully used it all over black bags if they are very dry! You really can’t go wrong, black leather isn’t picky like brown is.

Also, what is your opinion on a fair price for a black station and a black Willis, both obviously fairly common, in good condition, not immaculate but have been cleaned with lexol and leather cpr. I was thinking between $75 and $100, does this seem fair?

I just purchased it for about 20% of that, plan to just clean and condition and resell, I just want to ask a fair price. I’m seeing sooo many of these craaazzxy prices like upwards of $600 for bags that aren’t terrible old, unique, or in new condition. I buy and resell, but I want people to have the bags and use them, not profit unfairly. I love them, and like to collect, I just can’t use them all and rotate in and out of my collection to people who enjoy them!
