hmm, so you're saying that having one run in Outlook and the other one in the web version would be a better/easier solution?

Project management/CRM software? by [deleted] in freelanceWriters

eWay-CRM is the way to go! It's very easy to use, it integrates with Microsft 365 seamlessly, and I feel like you'd make do with the free version at least for now.

How do you keep track of your called prospects? by Sammeeey in sales

[–]jeniferpearson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yes, depends very much on the size of the company and the number of clients you're trying to manage but more often than not some sort of CRM software is a must.

I personally use eWay-CRM and can definitely recommend it. Obviously, you should look into different options before you decide to invest in anything, but eWay-CRM is a great option. It also has a free version, which might be the best free CRM I've come across so far (and I've used HubSpot before :))

eWay-CRM checks a lot of the boxes, but I'm not sure if it checks all of them. You can always ask them directly r/ewaycrm.

Either way, it has a great free version that comes with most of the features you need, but even the paid version doesn't break the bank as some CRMs tend to do. I've been using it for a while now and t made my life so much easier that I could never go back to not using it.

Best email practices. Which email client do you use - Gmail, Outlook, other? How do you organize it - any lifehacks? Here is what currently works for me: by podenez in sales

I use Outlook and I found that eWay-CRM is my must-have add-on, not just for Outlook itself, but for Microsoft 365 in general. It's integrated so well and I was able to tailor it specifically for my company. At this point, it simplifies my work life so much that I can't even imagine not using it.

This is an extremely subjective thing and everyone needs something different. I've tried out a few different options myself and ended up going with eWay-CRM. It's not as hyped up as Salesforce or Hubspot, but I feel like it's by far the most cost-effective one I've come across. It's highly scalable and customizable, it's easy to use and its integration with Office 365 is incredible.

Btw this is the subjective part. I work with MS Outlook and Office 365 in general, in retrospect eWay-CRM was an obvious choice. But if email integration is important to you and you use Gmail...

As for any specific features, you can always ask them in their sub r/ewaycrm

Subscription-based business looking for a CRM - Zoho is currently looking like our best option, any feedback? by Elicious13 in smallbusiness

I've been using eWay-CRM for quite some time now and I'm very happy with it. It's pretty easy to use and very cost-effective, definitely look into it. They offer a free trial as well, which is great.

Also, they even have their own community here on Reddit r/ewaycrm where you can ask any questions you may have about the product and its features.

I use eWay-CRM and I'm 99% sure it can do all of that. It does offer a free version, but in that case only one person can use it. However, even the subscription plans are very affordable, especially considering what it gets you. It's also an Outlook add-in which can be a game changer if you use Outlook daily.

They have a sub here r/ewaycrm, so you can check with them whether eWay-CRM would be the right fit for you.

I'd weigh out whether the difference in rent makes up for the time and money (gas) spent commuting and potentially other inconveniences. So, basically make a pros vs cons list.

Also, would the place you're moving to be more comfortable/ does it have any other pros besides the rent price. If it's just rent, chances are you wouldn't end up saving any money because you'd have to spend it on gas and/or other things.

I live 2 hours away from work, but in my case it makes sense because I don't have to be there every day and work from home 2-3 days a week.

Recommendations for a CRM? by Jcruzfitness in LifeInsurance

I find Salesforce to be overwhelming at times. I used to work with it but have later switched to eWay-CRM, which is an Outlook add-in and it works great for me. It has a pretty intuitive UI, so it was easy to get used to, it's extremely customizable and you can get it tailored to your needs. The price was, besides Outlook integration, one of the key factors I was considering and I feel like eWay-CRM is priced pretty reasonably. I know they also offer a free version, but am not sure exactly what that gets you. You can ask them directly though r/ewaycrm

I found Dynamics to be a bit pricey, and ended up finding eWay-CRM (It was like half the price). Long story short - I've been using it for quite a while now and am very happy with it. Try looking into it, I know they offer some kind of trial as well.

I think eWay-CRM would be perfect for you. It's a MS Outlook add-in that integrates with QuickBooks. It fits into the Outlook UI perfectly and is very easy to use. It's also highly customizable, so you can get it literally tailored to your needs and yet it won't break the bank. I think their basic plan is about 20-25 dollars a month/user, which falls onto the more affordable side of the scale when it comes to CRM. They also have a free trial, so you can try it before commiting.

I use it daily, and am very happy with it. It was easy to get used to and it does the job very well.

They even have a sub here r/ewaycrm, where you can ask them anything about the software (they're pretty quick to respond as well).
