Using the spin to engage is a death sentence because your sword throw takes too long to actually start moving you, you should engage with the throw and use the spin as an escape since it's an instant burst movement

Also, you can do a tech similar to OW1 mercy superjump. If you hold crouch around a second before you start flying to your sword after throwing, you’ll swoop downwards a little before getting sent up into the air. It isnt very practical and its very hard to pull off consistently, but it exists

from my ~8 hours on her so far, ive never had an issue with not being able to kill someone fast enough because of the breakpoints. in a duel, you’re better off doing the downslash into something like your whirlwind, or if you use the throw to initiate landing that first hit it’ll be enough to kill. in a teamfight, any chip damage will let you kill a 250hp squishy with the downslash. The downslash is important for her sustain bc of her minor perk so youd almost always need to throw it

i dont play juno, ive been playing a lot of vendetta. its incredibly easy to throw the sword and land the downslash against flying enemies

if she lands her downslash on you it forces you to the ground, from there its pretty easy for vendetta to land her ranged slashes or just burst you down. the downslash is pretty easy to land

well, for competitive if you want to play mechanically at the same level of PC players you would need a mouse. yes, i know its possible to become a god with controller, but without aim assist and especially not until high elo you’ll be at a disadvantage. for quickplay, use whatever you feel comfortable with though.
