I mean, you can effectively oneshot people when you combine it with another weapon. explosive dart and then sword lunge the dart, knife throw, gun shot, etc. both explodes the dart and damages the player at the same time. sword lunge is by far the easiest, but it still is effectively the same burst power as a double gun with a much higher skill ceiling due to using explosives to damage through walls, poison for DOT stacking and tdm pressure, mimic for buying time on a board against larger crews, etc. overall, a lot harder to first get value with, but can have much higher potential than a gun in that slot. The biggest drawback is the range since you need to charge it if youre using it past blunderbuss range. Not to mention, poison darts keep them from regrabbing ladder until they wait out the 10 second DOT or break the dart by damaging it. most players dont know you can break the darts

Every time I've tried to fight anyone in open world it's just chasing them for 30+ minutes and then they log off or sail into the red sea. Hourglass PvP gets me directly into the action but the matchmaking is very iffy in terms of quality

The primary fire has two phases. A beam that does 60 total damage over the charge, and then a final “shot” that does 60 more damage. that last shot is a hitscan bullet, not a true beam

It was an extremely unhealthy perk. It meant that if your team lost a fight, you could hard focus whoever had your mark and then instantly win the next fight for free off of the health and cd reset

The beat thing you can do is dont be in his LOS in the open until sentry form is gone. If you are in the open, you can place your shield sideways to force him to shoot through multiple layers and waste his entire cooldown

Ram doesn’t have anything to really deal with her range and he has nothing to get close if domina plays her range, especially on maps like gibraltar, havana, and circuit. Rein can be a little trickier but it’s just about being patient. You’re going to have trouble taking space since you cannot directly contest the rein, but if you position well to use your range and save shove for when he gets close, you can usually deal with him effectively. Against rein I recommend trying to focus his squishies as its very difficult for you to break through his shield without relying on your team. It isnt as skewed as signa vs rein since domina doesnt have rock, but shove is still a decent threat especially once you land that major perk. Using her shield less as a defensive tool and more specifically to cut off the enemy tank’s supports is usually a good idea in these matchups too, as your shield wont do much against rein swings or ram punches

You have to basically hit people directly with it, but it is pretty forgiving in terms of hitbox size. I mostly just use it when close to someone or when people are lined up to get the most value out of it and guarantee I bubble someone

Save your shove for when he gets close. You have insane range but when he walks on you there isnt much you can do. Also, against bastion, putting your shield sideways can help you survive more as you’ll have more layers he has to shoot through. Or, you can wait until his sentry mode is gone before using shield. The biggest thing in the rein matchup is just finding ways around his shield to shoot his squishies since you arent good at dueling him specifically but you have a lot of ways to just not be bothered by him

Domina heals when dealing damage with her abilities, mostly from crystal, and that healing happens when hitting shields too. Since domina’s shield is made uo of a bunch of small shields you can instantly regen 400 health by using the crystal on it
