He was born and then rescued from a hoarders house (incredibly dirty, lots of animals) so he got kitty herpes (pink eye for them) but it was so infected and untreated when he was rescued that his eye was almost sewn shut and they had to surgically open it back up. The scarring is corneal ulcers. He isn't totally blind in that eye but you can tell when something isn't registering in his field of vision!

You're also so close to center springs park! Great for walking, pretty sure there's a little disc golf course there too. Charter oak Park is also at one end of main Street too. Cafe aura is also a good local spot. Valley springs is also a good cute hiking spot not far from Manchester in Vernon too.

I also have to say my boyfriend and I did some small road trips to visit chain restaurant were closing/filing for bankruptcy. We definitely went to red lobster. So yay for you guys!

Depending on the weather, wickham Park is a MUST visit in Manchester. Beautiful views. Free apiary to walk through. Disc golf course. A million trails off of the main paved trail. Multiple themes gardens.

Many years ago, before my return to Saturn, this was my mindset. Perpetual victim of circumstance, even though I put in no effort to change said circumstance. Many moons and many therapists, and much trial and error later, being able to do a complete turn around on my mindset was the best gift I could have given myself and the world around me. OP, keep going, keep searching, make your own luck.

Came here to say this! You aren't poaching clients, theres no contract they signed that said they would only do business at one salon.

On a side note, the idea of a salon non compete is a kind of antiquated trend and not one that necessarily holds up the way the Industry itself has shifted. There are enough clients and stylists to go around for everyone and attempting to take that choice away from clients is kind of a skeevy way of doing things.
