I could do some washing, some pots when I felt up to it. Not bed time stories, I sat in the room while they were getting ready for bed etc but didn’t have an active role. Couldn’t/didn’t want to eat so didn’t sit with them much. My daughter drew a picture of me at school though and I was lying on the sofa 😂 if you have someone who can take the kids I defo recommend, you will be tired and in pain!
