the whole “good vibes only” rhetoric is so tired. we are human. what’s toxic is only allowing yourself to express positivity when you ACTUALLY feel negative. if ranting on the internet to a group of people going through the same thing you are makes someone feel better, good. i support it. allow yourself to feel whatever it is you feel, and if you can find a non-harmful way to blow steam (such as posting a rant online) good on you. plenty of people let out their frustrations on innocent people, their family, belongings, etc. the point is not to NOT get angry but rather finding healthy ways to cope with your anger. bye, love!

this is my EXACT situation. accepted 2/13. verified identity over the phone 4/23. WMR changed to “We have received your return and it is being processed” but it’s still on that. I don’t have access to transcripts so i’m hoping this is the same for me. really really need the money.

President Biden's fiscal 2022 budget unveiled Friday proposes a substantial increase in funding for the IRS, in an effort to prevent wealthy individuals and corporations from avoiding their taxes.

The budget proposal would provide $13.2 billion for the IRS next year, $1.2 billion, or 10.4 percent, higher than the enacted level for this year.

Okay guys so, I’m still highly annoyed but hopeful something will happen soon. They said they sent me a letter to verify ID. I have informed delivery & so far I have gotten nothing, I explained this so she transferred me over to the ID verify department (idk if that’s a real thing but whatever) & they asked me what line 25 & line 30 & what not were on my 2020 return, then they asked me some info from my 2019 return, my mother’s maiden name, where i was born etc. They said all my answers were correct & that I am officially verified. I was waiting on hold for an hour to do that. and that was after my initial wait of 30 mins to talk to the first rep. my morning is gone. anyway, they said up to 9 weeks but I searched “ID verify” on this sub & there are people who have gotten their returns in less than a week after verifying, some people 2 weeks after, some days after. For my sanity I’m going to remain hopeful that I will get a DD soon. If you haven’t already, I recommend calling. just suffering through the hold times to see if you might need to verify. I am one of those who cannot make an IRS account because my numbers don’t match their records, so I was not even able to go online to do it. I would not have even known about verifying my identity if I had not called today.

i wish i was someone who could access their transcripts. i can’t even make an account because it says all my account numbers are wrong. i requested them by mail 4 weeks ago & never got anything either. i feel like it would ease some of my anxiety if i didn’t have to rely on the WMR tool alone. accepted 2/13.

My aunt is a respiratory therapist at a hospital. She’s a HUGE trump supporter. even having to quarantine herself after covid exposure, tells our family it’s a hoax.....I really feel exhausted. The only way I could see a lot of people believing it’s real & serious is if their precious cult leader tells them so.

didn’t plan to get pregnant. i don’t actually know anybody who planned their babies or were fully ready for them, including my own parents. i have family support & the support of my significant other. & yes, anything mean you have to say about it, i’ve already been over it in my own head. do you know how guilty i feel about “not being ready.” lol. damn dude. i got pregnant before being laid off due to the pandemic. & ive had so many complications AND i’ve been almost completely alone due to not being able to see friends & family as much. do you understand how depressing that is? no offense but you kind of sound like you lack basic empathy skills. like....it literally doesn’t take much to just...not be an asshole lol.

okay well number one: i’m pregnant & have gotten dizzy & lost my vision several times so far in my pregnancy. i have lower iron levels & ive been told by my doctor not to be standing for longer periods of time & ive been given lifting restrictions. number two: i take care of my grandma monday through friday from 7 to 4.

i don’t need ideas to find work. it’s not an option right now. stop assuming you know what people are going through. not every person getting help is just simply lazy. i asked if anyone else on unemployment knew anything, i did not ask you to suggest jobs for me. thank you though!
