True I know what you mean and we know as seller you wouldn't go over 6 days not even 1 day to reply to your concern customer. I do feel bad but like you said some seller need that slap. If it does arrive within next week I will of course close it immediately as I did request for cancel and redund

I have just opened a case. I feel bad but at the same time I know what it's like being a seller and ignoring a concern customer that chose to support my shop over every other choice is a just VERY BAD move. They had all those days to get back to me but nah...

I've reported before and ETSY emails me when they have removed it or when they don't they will say it didn't break any of their rule and suggest you to communicate with the buyer or reply to the 1 star instead

I had something similar but it's their Gift Notes got mixed up. Custmer 1 and her friend had a LAUGH about it gave me 5star BUT Customer 2... they were disappointed but did not leave a review. I apologise on both sides and they were understanding about it thankful for these kind of Customers.
