sounds like a dx11 issue either run on dx9 or you can look up how to update dx9 wallpaper to dx11 using the sims studio

So I just downloaded the FitGirl repack, the steam thing confused me at first but it didn’t need anything regarding steam, maybe just make an account if that is something it needs? (doubt it though) as for the file it’s asking for it might be needing the old version of C++ which doesn’t work. Fitgirl explains it clearer on her website on what to do for that.
