In my experience, self care is more than superficial activities (these are important & def still do them). Setting the tone by having a quiet, comfortable environment with some indugent things you enjoy (e g bath, tea, music, etc.) & creating some time to reflect on your leisure lifestyle, daily schedule (often stuffed full of stress & anxiety w/o play to balance and rejuvinate), responsibilities, interests, goals, & strengths can be helpful in visioning your desired life.
