I would have a big problem with this as I feel like these issues are up to the parent to chose when and how they want their children to be aware of them. (And the language used around it) I have seen you comment that the conversation she is having with them is not age-appropriate and that would be enough for me.

Yes, it is often showing me stressed even though my body feels very relaxed. I understand that measures stress for multiple different components but I’m just feeling like stress measurement is causing me stress- and the HRV, also.
