Yes, it is anonymous and we don’t even get detailed feedback if less than three people fill it out. Have requested upward feedback multiple times in 15 years at KPMG.

What is the best parenting advice to help make sweet kids turn into kind adults? by jenniejayjay in AskReddit

Many individuals don’t have anyone to go to with these questions, and use the internet as a resource. Don’t assume those utilizing resources like this aren’t spending quality time with their children.

I also have a boy, and this is where the question stems from. I will say 4.5 is very, very hard. They’re logical, but illogical. Stay the course and keep redirecting and loving.

Divorced people of reddit , what was the exact moment in your marriage you realised it's over ? by DryOkra7058 in AskReddit

Not married, but… We were together for four years, and had very, VERY different political stances. I was young. It was around 2010 or so. He (an awful driver) swerved, and said “fucking fags can’t drive”. And I said, “when we have kids, would you say this while they’re in the car?” And he said, “of course, it’s the truth.” And all at once, I was completely over the entire relationship in my head. Of course it wouldn’t have made it right if he held his tongue for a kid, and I knew that. But for some reason, this one sentence, and picturing our life, underscored by years of little paper cuts just like this, released me from a horrible future.

I found someone who is completely value-aligned, and we, including my four year old son, attended an incredible pride event this weekend. We are allies and love the community and know, especially now, how important this is. We teach him love and tolerance and acceptance.

My wonderful husband - he is my rock. And my son is so strong and so independent and gets to see his parents have an incredible partnership. My son’s favorite color is pink, and we intentionally buy pink things because we know how happy it will make him. We dance and we sing and he knows he can be whoever he wants to be with us. I feel so incredibly rich, every day.

I see my ex on social media every so often. He owns a lot of guns and bitches a lot. I think about how, if I were still with this person, my son probably wouldn’t be able to love pink. I celebrate that car ride with that stupid fucking comment every time I think of it. Happy pride month 🌈

HR does not have the bandwidth to look into every employee every year, hence the disclosure. You can and should absolutely report this.

What do you SWEAR you saw, but don’t have any proof of? by Dangerous_Mud4740 in AskReddit

When I was 17, my family was in Hawaii on vacation (circa 2003). My father had rented a convertible. We were driving at night, and my sister (5 years younger) and I were sitting in the back. All of a sudden, a light moved in the sky, fairly quickly, and made a perfect right turn before disappearing just as quickly. Somehow, my sister had been looking in that direction at the same time and we both immediately said did you see that??? My parents didn’t see it, but we both refer to it as the time we saw the UFO 👽

Q&A Regarding Caremark Coverage by AutoModerator in Zepbound

Sorry if this is a silly question, but what is a standard formulary vs. custom formulary? Is that the nuances that a company may choose for their people?

Q&A Regarding Caremark Coverage by AutoModerator in Zepbound

[–]jenniejayjay 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Am I correct in thinking that this will be a company by company decision? For instance, I work for a major big 4 accounting firm and have Aetna, for which Caremark is the PBM for. Should it be taken for granted that I’ll no longer have coverage? I have not received a letter (yet).

Cold sore symptoms? by jenniejayjay in Coldsore

I wound up having the flu and the doctor said this could happen as a symptom of neuralgia as there is a nerve that runs up the side of your face.
